London Construction Dragon Boat Challenge

For the Construction Industry!

London Construction Dragon Boat Challenge 2022 - No experience necessary just plenty of team spirit.

The London Construction Dragon Boat Challenge has been running for 22 years, with the 23rd Challenge being postponed due to COVID-19. It takes place year after year at the West Reservoir Water Sports Centre in Hackney and up to 40 teams compete over the 150m race course, watched by hundreds of spectators. As well as the exciting races, a good range of bankside entertainment and food the event guarantees a fabulous day out for everyone involved!

The challenge is a great day out for corporate team building or just for fun, which raises tens of thousands of pounds for the charity sponsor each year. Upon entering, you can choose to upgrade your entry package to include a larger donation to the charity sponsor or you can simply raise funds in your own way! Our most recent charity sponsor is CRASH.

Dragon boat racing is the fastest growing water activity in Britain today–as well as the most fun! Up to 10 people paddle each 30’ boat with a drummer at the front beating time and our helm at the tail steering a straight course. No previous experience is required, just plenty of team spirit!
